Episode Summary
Xu Tian, intrigued by Jia Xiaoduo from a virtual reality test at a private clinic, coincidentally picks her up as a ride-hail passenger. A series of misunderstandings, an accidental car collision with Jia Xiaoduo's aggressive boyfriend Wang Yangming, and a subsequent confrontation ensue. Jia Xiaoduo, after revealing Xu Tian's high affection score for her from the test, kisses him, which provokes Wang Yangming to attack Xu Tian. Later, unable to find Jia Xiaoduo in the real world, Xu Tian returns to the virtual space. There, he transforms into Jia Xiaoduo's likeness and finds himself on a mysterious train with a task card leading him to a character named Yu Dan.

Xu Tian is at a private clinic undergoing a self-test. In a virtual space, he has developed feelings for Jia Xiaoduo and wants to re-enter the space to ask her about her intentions. However, he's also worried about potential side effects, leaving him conflicted. Shi Yiben, with a serious expression, insists Xu Tian complete all test questions before re-entering. But an unexpected interruption occurs: Xu Tian receives a ride-hailing order and leaves before finishing. Coincidentally, his passenger is Jia Xiaoduo. Xu Tian no longer hesitates and drives towards the destination.
In the back seat, Jia Xiaoduo is chatting with a friend on the phone. Xu Tian misunderstands, thinking she's talking to him, and is delighted. He seizes the moment to express his desire to be her boyfriend. When he realizes his mistake, he's extremely embarrassed. At this moment, another car suddenly cuts in and hits Xu Tian's car. Xu Tian is furious and gets out to confront the driver. In a stroke of bad luck, this person is Jia Xiaoduo's boyfriend, Wang Yangming. Wang Yangming is very angry and takes his frustration out on the taxi. Seeing this, Jia Xiaoduo helplessly gets out of the car and leaves with him. Down the road, Xu Tian witnesses Wang Yangming hitting Jia Xiaoduo.
Feeling wronged, Jia Xiaoduo returns to Xu Tian's taxi and asks him to drive her away. In the car, Jia Xiaoduo chats with Xu Tian, mentioning she often has the same strange dream. Xu Tian unintentionally discovers that she has been secretly recording him. Jia Xiaoduo then takes Xu Tian to another mysterious place. Seeing the desolate, uninhabited secret room, Xu Tian feels a bit scared. Jia Xiaoduo leads him inside. Unexpectedly, Wang Yangming appears, and a heated argument erupts between them. Wang Yangming misunderstands their relationship, assuming they are dating. After learning the truth, he publicly apologizes to Xu Tian. Xu Tian, seeing a countdown on an alarm clock, is terrified, but fortunately, he manages to escape at the last critical moment.
Wang Yangming takes Jia Xiaoduo home. After some back and forth, they finally decide to break up. Xu Tian catches up and asks Jia Xiaoduo if the test of his affection for her is complete. Through the test, Jia Xiaoduo discovers that Xu Tian's affection for her is at level ten. She says she will give Xu Tian the money for the car repairs and kisses him in front of Wang Yangming. Xu Tian is ecstatic, still immersed in the joy and happiness of the moment, when he is beaten up by Wang Yangming.
Xu Tian goes upstairs looking for Jia Xiaoduo, but finds himself in an empty room, unsure where to find her. After searching for many days without success, he decides to return to the private clinic and enter the virtual world. In the virtual world, Xu Tian transforms into Jia Xiaoduo's appearance. He sees strange people and animals of various forms. Xu Tian looks at unfamiliar writing in a mirror. Mustering his courage, he opens the door to find a green-skinned train, a countdown clock, and a task card on a table. "Jia Xiaoduo" slings a bag over her shoulder and walks towards other carriages. There, she meets the person specified on the task card, Yu Dan, who is also slowly walking towards her.
