Back in the chaos, Xing Mo shows up at CEO Ling’s place with food (a sandwich, to be precise — this will matter). With Wu Ming spiraling and Moyi Road in shambles, he gently pushes her to stop hiding and just tell Han Yijing the truth already. “She’s not a kid anymore,” he says. “And not in her rebellious phase either.”
Turns out, Liao Jinyuan even pulled strings to set up a medical consultation to help Han Yijing — offering up his role as Qixiang's editor-in-chief in exchange. She says she’s not going to France with him — but she will wait for him. Always. Jia Fan tells her to never forget that he’s there for her, no matter what. And to take care of herself until he comes back.

After much deliberation, the four major investors make a surprising choice: they’re sticking with CEO Ling. Why? Xing Mo made a call. He told them Jia Fan agreed to go to France, You Ning is pivoting to acting (a bold new direction for Moyi Road), and they discussed a whole lot more. Li, one of the key investors, admits he never expected someone as sharp and ruthless as Han Jialing to have this many loyal supporters. The vote is unanimous: full support for CEO Ling.
