Adapted from the modesocial suspense novelPerfect Suspect(完美嫌疑人) by author Chen Yanyi, this crime thriller uses a seemingly flawless crime to expose the unsettling truths of human nature hidden just beneath the surface.The story centers on Zhong Ning (Ou Hao), a once-brilliant criminal investigation captain who left the force after an unsolved murder shattered his career. He has since become a lawyer and the adoptive father to the victim's daughter, seeking a quieter life.
