Episode Summary
In this episode, Quan Rumu and Long Weiyun finally admit their feelings after a meteor shower wish and a kiss. Qingtong transforms Qianji City into a sanctuary for humans and demons, while Wangquan Fugui saves a half-demon child. This leads his father to step down, making Dongfang Yuechu the new Alliance Leader.

The Old "Qi Transfer" Trick
So, Quan Rumu is completely out of it after the big fight. He just passed out. Fan Yunfei sees this as a perfect opportunity to play matchmaker. He tells Long Weiyun there's a special way to heal him. She has to transfer her energy to him. You know exactly what that means.
Long Weiyun falls for it. She leans in and kisses him. And right then, Quan Rumu hears it. He hears the sound of her bell ringing. He might be unconscious, but he knows what that sound means.
The Victory Party
Long Weiyun is ready to pack up and leave. She thinks her job here is done. But Li Xueyang isn't having it. She throws a huge victory party to celebrate beating Gulizan. She insists that Long Weiyun stay for the celebration.
Everyone is having a great time at the party. I don't think I've ever seen Long Weiyun smile this much. Quan Rumu points it out. She says she's just happy for Li Xueyang. Then she drops a bomb on him. She tells him that after tonight, he needs to stop following her.
A New Purpose for Qianji City
Qingtong's Decision
Qingtong is still heartbroken over Qingcheng's death. She has a heavy talk with Wangquan Fugui. She asks him what the point of cultivation is. What good is all this power if you can't even protect the people you care about?
She comes to a decision. She's going to change Qianji City. It will become a safe place for both humans and demons. Anyone who wants to coexist peacefully will have sanctuary there. When Wangquan Hongye hears the news, he's actually proud of her. Later, Wangquan Fugui sees Qingtong drinking. He gives her some medicine and a piece of candy to help.
A Meteor Shower Wish
Quan Rumu isn't giving up on Long Weiyun. He follows her and confronts her. He tells her he knows what the bell means. It rings when she has feelings for someone. He knows she likes him, even if she won't admit it. He promises to wait right there until her bell rings for him again.
That night, he gets her to watch a meteor shower with him. He silently makes a wish to marry her. At the same time, she makes her own wish. She hopes that whatever he wished for comes true. He tells her to stop running. He knows she likes him. They finally kiss, and this time the bell rings loud and clear. Quan Rumu is thrilled. He says he's taking her to the Bitterness Tree. They need to make a vow to be together in every lifetime.

Protecting the Helpless
Qianji City is now officially a refuge for outcasts. Qingtong and Wangquan Fugui are on patrol. They end up saving a young boy. The kid is half-human and half-Chongming bird demon. His name is Little Bun. The full-blooded bird demons were trying to kill him.
The kid is terrified. He refuses to cry because he's afraid it will attract the killers again. To calm him down, Wangquan Fugui recites passages from a sword manual. It works like a lullaby and the boy falls asleep.
A Changing of the Guard
News about Wangquan Fugui saving a half-breed spreads everywhere. His father, Wangquan Hongye, hears about it. He realizes his son has truly found his own path. He thinks it's probably best if they never see each other again. With that, Wangquan Hongye steps down as the leader of the alliance.
Dongfang Yuechu steps up. He's the new Alliance Leader now. But trouble is already brewing. A Black Fox clone appears before Quan Jingting. It tells him it's time to get to work.
