After her broadcast, Zuo Qian Dai was disheartened to find a barrage of negative comments. Some fans even labeled her a "Zhai Nv" (a term for a shut-in or otaku-type girl) and cruelly called her "very fat." These comments struck a nerve, leaving Zuo Qian Dai feeling down and, more determined than ever, to lose weight.

Meanwhile, Ye Qi, while collaborating with Chai Zi Yu on their creative projects, noticed the online attacks targeting Zuo Qian Dai. He immediately jumped in to defend her. When Chai Zi Yu mentioned that Zuo Qian Dai was hoping for an unforgettable birthday, Ye Qi started racking his brain, determined to plan something special for her.
In his quest for inspiration (perhaps for his comic, or for the birthday surprise), Ye Qi visited a basketball court to find Jiang Ruo Song. He discovered Jiang Ruo Song fast asleep on the court, with a fan blowing directly on him. Concerned he might catch a cold, Ye Qi thoughtfully turned off the fan. Just then, Zhou Jie Yue arrived. Seeing Jiang Ruo Song sleeping, she gently hummed a song near his ear, helping him sleep more peacefully. When Jiang Ruo Song eventually woke up, he asked Ye Qi and Zhou Jie Yue if a certain "Luo Lei Lai" had been there. Zhou Jie Yue quickly denied it, seemingly trying to hide something or protect an identity.
Zuo Qian Dai Embarks on a Weight Loss Journey (with Wing Chun!)
Later, Zuo Qian Dai was having a meal with Chai Zi Yu and firmly announced her decision to go on a diet. Chai Zi Yu candidly remarked that she was, perhaps, a little "chubby." During the fitness test, which involved running, Zuo Qian Dai pushed herself to her limit and ended up falling asleep on a park bench from exhaustion. Chai Zi Yu, equally tired, hilariously tried to play it cool when he noticed a couple of attractive women nearby.
Birthday Secrets and Anxious Anticipation
During a break from their Wing Chun practice, Zuo Qian Dai tried to get some information out of Chai Zi Yu about Ye Qi’s birthday plans for her. Chai Zi Yu remained tight-lipped, only teasing her with the promise of a "big surprise." While Zuo Qian Dai was somewhat excited, she also couldn't shake off her anxiety, fearing that Ye Qi might orchestrate one of his typically "neurotic" gestures – the kind that had made her heart race in confusing ways in the past.

Upon returning from their training, Zuo Qian Dai and Chai Zi Yu found Ye Qi chatting with their Wing Chun instructor. In a surprising twist, the instructor turned out to be Ye Qi’s younger brother, Ye Zhen! Adding another layer to the connection, Zuo Qian Dai revealed to Ye Qi that Ye Zhen was actually Chai Zi Yu's online friend.
