Episode Summary
In this final episode, the complex love triangle is untangled as the Emperor is revealed to be both Mr. Huang and Mr. Linyuan. Shi Fake masterminds a plan allowing Yan Qiyue to choose her true love, leading to a joyful union. The episode closes with Shi Fake's own wedding, where she is honored with a prestigious title and immediately embraces her role by taking on a new case.

The episode begins with Lu Chi taking a distraught Shi Fake home. Shi Fake is consumed with worry over the mysterious disappearance of Yan Qiyue, but Lu Chi reassures her that they will eventually find her. Their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of the Imperial Tutor from the Gaoyou Kingdom. He has come to hire Shi Fake, the renowned matchmaker, to arrange the wedding for his kingdom's princess. Shi Fake, unaware of Yan Qiyue's royal lineage, is puzzled by the request but agrees to meet the princess.
Upon entering the room, Shi Fake is stunned to find that the princess is none other than Yan Qiyue. Based on the Imperial Tutor's words, Shi Fake quickly deduces her friend's true identity.
Meanwhile, the Emperor, having secured his political power, faces a new challenge. His ministers are relentlessly pressuring him to marry the princess of Gaoyou for a political alliance. The Emperor, who is still deeply in love with the woman he knows as Yan Qiyue, is furious at the thought of being forced into a loveless marriage, not realizing they are one and the same person. To find a way out, he summons Shi Fake to the palace.
During their meeting, Shi Fake doesn't recognize that the Emperor is the man she knows as Mr. Huang. When the Emperor tests her by suggesting a marriage to Yan Qiyue, Shi Fake flatly refuses on her friend's behalf, believing Yan Qiyue should marry for love. Shocked and angered by her defiance, the Emperor orders her to look up. The moment she sees his face, Shi Fake is speechless; the Emperor is Mr. Huang. Her earlier passionate refusal now makes her seem duplicitous, and the Emperor dismisses her before she can explain.
Furious and confused, Shi Fake confronts Lu Chi, blaming him for hiding the Emperor's identity. The situation becomes even more complicated when Lu Chi reveals a second, even bigger secret: the Emperor is also Mr. Linyuan, another man Yan Qiyue has feelings for. This revelation means that Yan Qiyue has, in fact, only ever been in love with one man.
Shi Fake rushes to tell Yan Qiyue the good news but finds her friend dejected. Feeling the weight of her duty to her country, Yan Qiyue has already agreed to the political marriage. A new dilemma emerges: the Emperor is now unsure if Yan Qiyue loves him as the humble Mr. Huang or the esteemed Mr. Linyuan. Moved by a letter from her father encouraging her to follow her heart, Yan Qiyue is touched but still conflicted.
On the day of the wedding, Shi Fake devises a brilliant plan to solve the dilemma. She arranges for three different bridal sedans to be presented to Yan Qiyue. One is opulent, representing the Emperor; one contains only a single piece of clothing, symbolizing Mr. Huang's promise to shelter her from the storm; and the last represents the scholarly Mr. Linyuan. Yan Qiyue chooses the sedan belonging to Mr. Huang.
Later, in the bridal chamber, Yan Qiyue is nervous. She peeks through her veil and sees the lavish royal decorations, which confuses her since she chose the simple sedan of Mr. Huang. When the Emperor lifts her veil, she sees the face of Mr. Huang, deepening her confusion. It is then that he reveals the full truth: he is the Emperor, he is Mr. Huang, and he is also Mr. Linyuan. Finally understanding everything, Yan Qiyue and the Emperor share a heartfelt kiss.
The story then jumps to Shi Fake and Lu Chi's wedding day. As friends and family gather, an imperial edict arrives, officially bestowing upon Shi Fake the title of the new "Number One Matchmaker in the World." Her mentor, Head Matchmaker Tao, looks on with pride, ready to retire and leave her legacy in Shi Fake's capable hands. However, just as Shi Fake and Lu Chi are about to complete their vows, a person bursts in with an urgent matchmaking case. True to her calling, Shi Fake happily accepts, ready for her next challenge.
