Episode Summary
Xu Tian enlists Shi Dian Dian's help to review surveillance footage and discovers a doppelgänger wearing a raincoat at a location he frequented. As a thank you, he takes her to dinner, where a drunk Shi Dian Dian confesses her feelings for him. Meanwhile, Zhou Tong and Wen Xiao Yao go on a "date" monitored by their friends, which ends with Zhou Tong getting into a fight to defend Wen Xiao Yao, leading her to call the police.

The Doppelgänger in the Raincoat
Xu Tian meets with Shi Dian Dian at a park near her workplace to apologize for running off during their last encounter. Unbothered, Shi Dian Dian cuts to the chase, asking who he's trying to find using surveillance footage. Xu Tian explains the situation, and she agrees to help, telling him to prepare his ID. She reassures him that as long as the reason is legitimate, finding someone shouldn't be too difficult. Before leaving, she adds that while she knows she isn't his type, there's no harm in having another friend, and adds him on WeChat.
The next day, Shi Dian Dian takes Xu Tian to her office. Her colleagues mistake him for her boyfriend, and even her supervisor asks if she plans to change jobs after getting married, which she denies.
Meanwhile, under Song Guan Wang's watchful eye, Zhou Tong calls Wen Xiao Yao to tell her he's postponing his plans to go abroad. He wants to experience what it's like to be in a relationship. Elsewhere, Qiao Mi uses an engagement ring to pressure Qiao Guang Hui into transferring a property to her name.
At the office, Shi Dian Dian pulls up the surveillance footage for Xu Tian. He sees himself making several trips back and forth at the same intersection on the day in question, but has no memory of it. He recalls carrying a backpack, but the man in the video is only wearing a raincoat. Upon closer inspection, Xu Tian confirms that the man in the footage has his face but is dressed differently.
To thank Shi Dian Dian for pulling an all-nighter to help him, Xu Tian treats her to a meal. At the same time, Wen Xiao Yao and Zhou Tong meet for hotpot, but end up at a food stall due to long queues. They receive messages from Song Guan Wang and Qiao Mi, who both demand a photo as proof of their "date." Zhou Tong, skilled with photography, uses a self-timer to snap a picture of them together. He then asks Wen Xiao Yao about her mother, but she only has two pictures of her on her phone—both are stage photos of her mother in costume as the character Bai Su Zhen.
Later, after having a lot to drink, Shi Dian Dian confesses her feelings to Xu Tian while they wait for a car. She tells him she's sure she likes him and is willing to wait a year to get married, but she must pursue him now. She adds that he shouldn't feel any pressure and is free to run away again, just like he did before.
During their "date," Wen Xiao Yao tries to get Zhou Tong to practice lines with her. The situation escalates when a group of men at a nearby table begin to harass her. Zhou Tong, feeling a surge of protectiveness, gets into a physical altercation with them, prompting a frightened Wen Xiao Yao to call the police.
