Based on intelligence from the special forces team, the military and police devise a joint strategy to assault the island. Meanwhile, Han Yuhang discovers artifacts passed down from his father and brother.

The attack, led by Wu Si, begins swiftly. The mercenaries on the island are caught completely off guard as Han Changzhou, his son Han Yutian, and William are in the middle of discussing the island's defenses. A combined special forces and SWAT team silently eliminates sentries, penetrating deep into a cave before their presence is known. Seeing the police, Han Changzhou, his son, and William quickly retreat through a back exit. Han Yutian hesitates, wanting to grab an artifact or two, but is forcefully pulled away by his father.

Although the mercenaries react quickly and return fire, they are outmatched by the elite team and are steadily defeated. However, the main culprits manage to escape in the confusion, still protected by a few remaining mercenaries. Believing the fighting is over, the police bring reporter Tang Xin to the island for an interview. Wu Si immediately leads a team in pursuit of Han Changzhou.

William remains confident that his mercenaries can fight their way out of the encirclement. But Wu Si's team has already outmaneuvered them, setting up a trap ahead. The three main fugitives—Han Changzhou, Han Yutian, and William—are successfully captured.

After the battle is fully concluded, Tang Xin is permitted to enter the scene to conduct her interviews, where she runs into Wu Si. When she comes face-to-face with the captured Han Changzhou and Han Yutian, they just stare at each other.

In a lighter moment, Tang Xin's father is lounging at home watching TV. When his wife returns, he jumps up and pretends to be cleaning. She is amazed at how spotless the house is, and he boasts that he cleaned it to welcome her and Wu Si for the New Year. Just then, an employee from a cleaning service company arrives to pick up a forgotten item, revealing the truth. An embarrassed Tang Xin quickly escapes to her room; the clean house was her and her father's doing, by hiring professionals.

Elsewhere, Brigade Commander Wang is enjoying a walk with his wife and child when he receives another work call. He gives his wife an apologetic look, and she, understanding the demands of his job, is supportive.

Han Yuhang arranges to meet with Tang Xin. He tells her about discovering the artifacts hidden in a secret compartment at his company. He hopes she can help him negotiate a deal: in exchange for surrendering all the artifacts, he asks if his father and brother could receive a reduced sentence. Wu Si, meanwhile, receives a new assignment to patrol and train with the naval fleet in the South China Sea.

The episode culminates on a bright, sunny beach, where a grand wedding is about to take place amidst flowers and romantic music. Wang Chen and Bai Zijian are now together with their child, and Cheng Yuan and Qiu Xiao have also officially become a couple. Tang Xin stands on the stage with her father as four naval officers place her veil. She then takes her father's arm and walks slowly towards Wu Si. Brigade Commander Wang himself officiates the ceremony. The parents of both Wu Si and Tang Xin are overcome with emotion. In this moving moment, Wu Si and Tang Xin, with tears in their eyes, exchange their vows.
