Episode Summary
Ke Yongcheng's son wakes up married to Wang Qi Xin, who uses this to blackmail Ke Yongcheng into helping her fight Ming Lang. Chen Li Xue, after some hesitation, allies with Wang Qi Xin and gets Wang Qi Cheng's husband arrested. We learn Wang Qi Xin's true motive is revenge for her ex-boyfriend, whose death she blames on her sister, Wang Qi Cheng. The episode ends with Wang Qi Xin vowing to make her sister pay for what happened.

A Hospital Wake-Up and a Shady Deal
The Son Wakes Up Married
So, Ke Yongcheng's son is finally awake in the hospital. The first thing he wants is to see Wang Qi Xin. This is when Ke Yongcheng finds out his son actually married her. You can just see the color drain from his face. He was probably hoping his son would stay by his side in Hong Kong after his illness. This was definitely not what he had in mind.
Elsewhere, Wen Yi Jia's father gets threatened. The bad guys still want him to pull strings with customs and pay up. Dai De Qiao gets him to the hospital, and Wen Yi Jia rushes over. She suggests a doctor named Zhao Dingguo, thinking he can help. Her dad's reaction is weirdly serious. It turns out, Zhao Dingguo has been dead for years. This piece of information seems to be a major opportunity for Ming Lang.
Wang Qi Xin Makes Her Move
Wang Qi Xin doesn't waste any time. She goes right to Ke Yongcheng. She basically admits that she got close to his son on purpose. She figures he has already investigated her, so there's no point in hiding anything. She knows his son is his biggest weakness. She uses that to her full advantage. She warns him that his son will only be truly happy if he stays with her. The price for that happiness? He has to help her go up against Ming Lang.

A Desperate Team-Up
Chen Li Xue is in a tough spot. She remembers seeing her mother injured, but her mom still pushed her to help her father. She feels like Wang Qi Xin won't help her. But then she has a change of heart. She goes to Wang Qi Xin and proposes they work together. She says it's the only way to save her father's failing company.
The Arrest
Chen Li Xue’s timing is pretty good. She overhears Wang Qi Cheng plotting with Peng Jian Bang over the phone. She knows something is up and decides to pay attention. Right after Peng Jian Bang leaves, the police show up and arrest him. When Wang Qi Cheng checks the security cameras at the office, she finds out Chen Li Xue was the one who turned the footage over to the cops. This leads to a huge public argument between the two of them. Wen Yi Jia is just stuck in the middle, not knowing what to do.
The Real Motive Comes Out
It Was Always About Revenge
We finally learn Wang Qi Xin’s real reason for being back. It's simple. She wants revenge for her ex-boyfriend. He died because of the infighting at Ming Lang.During one of their power struggles, they used a factory to block a hospital entrance, and he couldn't get medical help in time.
Ke Yongcheng knows all of this. But he only has one son, and he wants him to be happy. He tells Wang Qi Xin he's willing to do anything she asks. He'll even give her his entire fortune if it means his "silly son" gets to stay happy with her.
A Sisterly Showdown
Wang Qi Cheng, desperate after her husband's arrest, goes to her aunt from the board for help but gets shut down. She then visits Peng Jian Bang, who wants to divorce her so he doesn't drag her down with him. She refuses. She tells him they got married to face things together, and she won't leave him.
Her last stop is her sister, Wang Qi Xin. This conversation is ice-cold. Wang Qi Xin directly asks her sister why she had to cause her boyfriend's death. She holds Wang Qi Cheng responsible for everything. She ends by saying that whatever her sister did to her, she will do the same back.
