Episode Summary
In this episode, a group effort to reunite Ma Qinghao and Gun Yueliang through a honey-harvesting trip leads to some awkward but hopeful moments. Meanwhile, their fathers clash in the village, and Long Fengbi gives Ma Qinghao a reality check about Gun Yueliang's feelings. The episode ends with the embroiderers receiving a huge and profitable new order.

The Honey Trap
A Not-So-Secret Setup
Ma Qinghao is still dealing with his parents. They are constantly on his case about getting married. To get them off his back, he changes Wu Aicao's contact name in his phone to "Lei Tiantian." This is his fake girlfriend. Wu Aicao plays along perfectly. Whenever his parents call to check up, she just lets the phone ring until it disconnects. It’s a pretty clever, low-effort scheme.
But Wu Aicao and Long Fengbi decide to take things a step further. They organize a "honey harvesting" trip. It sounds innocent enough. They invite Gun Yueliang to come along. Of course, when Gun Yueliang shows up with her brother, Gun Changpu, Ma Qinghao is already there waiting.
Long Fengbi tries to play it cool. She says they just "ran into him" on the way. The truth is, Wu Aicao and Gun Changpu planned the whole thing. They wanted to force Ma Qinghao and Gun Yueliang to spend time together. Gun Yueliang looks at her brother. She immediately understands what's happening. She seems a little annoyed but agrees to let Ma Qinghao join them.
Awkward Mountain Moments
Out in the mountains, Ma Qinghao uses his drone to track the bee swarm. Gun Yueliang gets interested and leans in to watch the screen. They stand shoulder-to-shoulder for a moment, and everyone else gives them a knowing smile.
Later, the group has to climb a steep rock wall. Ma Qinghao scrambles up first. Wu Aicao was supposed to go next. But after getting a signal from the others, she suddenly puts on a show. She insists that Ma Qinghao has to help pull Gun Yueliang up. He does, but then he just keeps holding her hand. He doesn't let go. His acting is terrible. Gun Yueliang sees right through the clumsy attempt.
They eventually find the honeycomb. Everyone gets to taste the fresh honey. Ma Qinghao just stares at Gun Yueliang as she smiles, completely lost in the moment. It reminds them of when they were kids. He looks out at the mountains and yells that he is never leaving this place. To thank everyone for their help, he promises to buy them all dinner.
Village Politics and Parental Meddling
The Gossip Mill Is Working Overtime
Back in the village, the rumor mill is churning. Tian Yanzi is spreading gossip to Ye Mei. She says Ma Qinghao is going to marry a girl who raises pigs. Ye Mei just smiles and corrects her. The girl is actually a successful Ma goat farmer. Tian Yanzi slaps her forehead. She immediately pulls out her phone. She sends a correction to the village chat group like a reporter trying to scoop a headline.
Elsewhere, Luo Xiaolin is stressed about money. His son needs it for the new B&B. But Ma Yongbing, Ma Qinghao's father, isn't so sure about the venture. He thinks his son is too impulsive and will probably just move back to the city soon. Still, both he and his wife really like the idea of "Lei Tiantian." They are determined to make that relationship happen.
A Battle of the Dads
Things get tense at the village entrance. Ma Yongbing runs right into Gun Dayue, Gun Yueliang's father. Ma Yongbing can't resist bragging. He says his son is about to get married. He claims getting a wife adds a person to the family. Marrying off a daughter, however, means losing a person. He thinks he's really won this argument.
Gun Dayue doesn't even flinch. He calmly says his family just gained three people. His comment is cryptic. It leaves Ma Yongbing completely confused. Later, Gun Dayue gets furious when he hears Ye Mei defending Ma Qinghao. This just makes Ma Yongbing even more stubborn. He decides he needs to push his son to get married even faster.
The Aftermath
A Cold Dose of Reality
Ma Qinghao feels hopeful after the day with Gun Yueliang. But Long Fengbi quickly bursts his bubble. She gives him a dose of hard truth. She says that if a woman is still angry with you, it means you still have a place in her heart. But if she's completely moved on, she'll just treat you like any other friend. Right now, Gun Yueliang's attitude toward Ma Qinghao is no different from her attitude toward Wu Aicao. That's not a good sign.
Gun Yueliang takes some of the honey to visit Wu Enyun. The two of them drink honey water and talk about old times.
Big News for the Embroiderers
Wu Aicao needs help fixing a cowshed. She asks Ma Qinghao, but he makes up an excuse. She then asks Gun Changpu, but he's busy listening to an agriculture lecture. Annoyed that she can't count on either of them, she decides to just do it herself.
Just then, Ma Xiumei rushes in to where the embroiderers are chatting. She's holding a recording pen. She announces they have a massive new order worth 180,000 yuan. The news makes everyone's day. The women are all smiles.
