Episode Summary
Jin Chao and Jiang Mu solidify their relationship after a rainy night and an intimate evening. Jin Chao shares the painful history behind his Lego hobby. They decide to live together. Jin Chao handles the costs and the packing. While packing, they find sentimental items from their past. Jin Chao reveals he built his coffee shop specifically for Jiang Mu.

Rain, Rockets, and Romance
Jin Chao is letting his guard down completely. He cries and holds onto Jiang Mu as they watch the sunset. It is a quiet moment before the noise starts. Jiang Mu takes him to a gathering with her colleagues. The crowd is rowdy. They immediately start pestering the couple about marriage. Jin Chao doesn't shy away. He says he wants to make it happen soon.
The night ends with a downpour. Jin Chao uses his coat to cover Jiang Mu. He walks her all the way home. She stays completely dry. He ends up soaked to the bone.
Back inside, Jiang Mu notices a Lego rocket on display. Jin Chao admits he built it twice. The first time was in the hospital. He was in a wheelchair and taking medication every day. That plastic rocket was his only company. It helped him survive the long days and kept his hope alive.
Making It Official
Jiang Mu feels bad she wasn't there to help him build it. Jin Chao hugs her. He suddenly asks about a guy named Thomas. Jiang Mu explains Thomas is just a talented French-Australian guy from her department. He was one of her many pursuers.
Jin Chao agrees that Jiang Mu should move in with him. He teases her that she can't stay tonight. Jiang Mu pretends to leave. Jin Chao obviously can't let her go. She pushes him onto the sofa. He asks if she is sure about this. She reminds him she isn't a child anymore.
Things get intimate. Afterward, Jiang Mu is shy. She hides her face. Jin Chao waits for her to turn her head and kisses her again.
The Morning After
Jin Chao is up early to buy groceries. Jiang Mu wakes up happy. She finds breakfast waiting on the table. She wanders over to the rehab room. Jin Chao is already there. He is sweating through his exercises. She watches him for a moment and then hugs him from behind.
He gets straight to business. He asks when she is moving in. She mentions her lease hasn't expired yet. Jin Chao doesn't care. He transfers 30,000 yuan to her phone right then and there. He tells her his assistant, Wen Ke, will handle the actual moving process.
Unpacking History
Jiang Mu hates packing. Jin Chao indulges her and does it himself. She asks about his work history while he folds clothes. He lays it all out. He started in a factory in Beijing. He made a name for himself and moved to the Automotive Engineering Institute. He worked on technical innovations there. Now he runs the coffee shop and works as a freelance consultant. He travels once a month. The Institute assigned Wen Ke to him because of his health issues.
Jin Chao holds up a piece of fabric. He thinks it is a scarf. It is actually a strapless dress. He laughs and dares her to wear it. She pushes him out of the room.
He keeps digging through her stuff. He finds old photos of them together. He finds a box of keepsakes. It holds his old boxing wraps. It also has a math test he helped her with years ago.
The Boss Lady
Jiang Mu comes out wearing the strapless dress. Jin Chao asks when she usually wears this. She jokes that she wears it to meet handsome guys. That is enough for him. He sends Wen Ke away immediately. He kisses her.
Later, they head to the coffee shop. The staff greets Jiang Mu as the "Boss Lady." Jin Chao reveals the truth. The shop is for her. He designed the whole thing. It lost money for two years. He kept it running anyway. He listened to her advice from the past. He calls himself a simple man. He believes if he walks the wrong path long enough, he will eventually find the right one.
