Episode Summary
Lin Yusen proves his worth as both a boyfriend and a doctor. He charms Nie Xiguang's grandparents and treats the entire village's medical issues. Xiguang excels at work with a new design idea. The happy family visit turns sour when villagers arrive to collect on a debt guaranteed by Xiguang's father.

We start things off with a sugar rush. Lin Yusen is clearly trying to sweeten the deal at work. He brings Nie Xiguang red bean pastries every single morning. It’s getting ridiculous. Xiguang even jokes that his family must have had a massive red bean harvest.
They head over to Chengrui for a meeting. Designer Wang pitches a plan. It’s fine, but Xiguang notices a flaw. The main building doesn’t capture enough sunlight. Back at the office, she talks to Jiang Ping. She suggests changing the roof to a wave shape. It increases the surface area for solar panels. It also fits the company’s "riding the wind and waves" vibe. Jiang Ping and Shen Shu love it.
The work win doesn't stop there. Xiguang heads back to Suzhou. She forwards some ornament photos to Jiang Ping. Designer Wang sees the wave idea and gets inspired. He calls Xiguang immediately. He wants her back at Chengrui to talk shop. She is killing it professionally right now.

Yusen checks everyone’s reports. He is patient. He even calls a specialist at Huashan Hospital for a second opinion on the tricky stuff. He is officially the village hero.
Trouble at the Door
The good mood dies fast. A group of villagers shows up. They aren't here for medical advice. They are looking for money. A man named Qian Dashun borrowed from loan sharks. Xiguang’s dad, Nie Chengyuan, guaranteed the loan. Dashun vanished. The lenders are chasing the guarantor.
Grandpa gets dizzy again from the stress. Yusen sends him to rest. He stands with Xiguang to face the angry mob. Meanwhile, Nie Chengyuan is stuck in a meeting about the Fengteng project. Sheng Zhongkai is playing politics for his son. Xiguang calls her dad about the chaos at home. He rushes back immediately.
