Episode Summary

Everyone is looking for the woman named Aunt He. The police want her. Wu Guohao wants her. It is a race to see who gets to her first. Long Yu pays a visit to Gao Feng. She mentions that Zhang Jing came to see her. Zhang Jing gave her some advice. She thinks Long Yu should stop waiting for Gao Feng. She says forcing things only leads to pain.
Su Min feels the case is getting too personal. He tries to recuse himself. His connection to the Gao family is messy. His boss disagrees. The boss tells him to use those connections to his advantage. Su Min is stuck.

She heads to a bar to meet her mysterious best friend. But when she gets there, she sees the police. They take her to a car. They roll down the window. Her secret friend is Gao Feng. They have known each other for a long time. They just never exchanged names.

Wu Guohao starts doing damage control. He feeds Feifei a partial truth. He says the body in the statue was a dancer from the club. He claims he doesn't know Aunt He. That is a lie. He already told his lawyer that Aunt He is their "nightmare."
Wu Guohao hands over old files to the police. He pretends to be helpful. He claims he had nothing to do with the club's operations. He tries to bail out Xu Zhiyang. He calls the murder charge a simple "emotional dispute." Su Min is not distracted. He questions Zhang Jing. He thinks Gao Dahua worked at that club at the same time as Gao Feng's birth mother. The connections are getting too close for comfort.
