The episode kicks off with Gao Jianguo's confession. His psychological defenses crumble, and he spills the beans on how he was manipulated by Matt. He admits to providing Matt with the structural blueprints of the Zhongjing chip base and even 3D-printing a component for him. Even though he deleted the computer data, there might still be traces on the group's 3D printer. Gao Jianguo fully confesses to his crimes. Following this bombshell, the board of directors announces Lin Yasheng as the new president of Shoulong Group. Lin Yasheng immediately declares that Bai Keqing will be involved in the negotiations with Sha Peng as a senior advisor for Shoulong Group. Jin Chuan tells Lin Yasheng that technicians will collect his facial data, granting him access to all the data in the core machine room of the Zhongjing base.
Meanwhile, Peng Yonghui meets up with Bai Keqing. Peng Yonghui tells her that he has eliminated all of Matt's suspicions about her, and now everything is ready. He tells Bai Keqing the time of the operation. Lin Yasheng cooks for Bai Keqing, wanting to ask her a question, but Bai Keqing doesn't want to answer. Xu Kezhang tells Luo Shanshan that the assembled bomb mainly attacks electronic components within a certain range, which will cause devastating damage from a chip perspective. Peng Yonghui takes Huo Min to meet Matt. After everyone is present, Matt takes out the bomb. After testing it and confirming it works, Matt orders everyone not to leave until the operation begins.
With only ten hours left, Huo Min needs to get information out. He intentionally makes some noise, but it doesn't work. In the early hours of the morning, Huo Min says he wants to order takeout with his mobile phone, but Peng Yonghui directly brings him two buckets of instant noodles. When adding water to the instant noodles, Huo Min intentionally pours it on the hands of an accomplice, who screams in pain. The neighbor warns that if they make any more noise, she will call the police, and Matt quickly orders everyone to be quiet. The police knock on the neighbor's door in the middle of the night, saying they received a report that her dog is disturbing the peace. Matt and the others are immediately on high alert. After resolving the situation and the police leave, Matt immediately orders everyone to sit and wait for dawn.
The next morning, Huo Min manages to send a message to Luo Shanshan during breakfast: Azure No. 1 base, 10:00 AM. Lin Yasheng takes Bai Keqing to visit the Zhongjing base. When they arrive at the Zhongjing chip control center, Lin Yasheng insists on bringing Bai Keqing with him, and Jin Chuan has no choice but to give him the authorization card. Matt and his team sneak into the Zhongjing base, and Huo Min triggers the alarm. Hu Fei and the others arrive in time and quickly subdue two of them. Matt chases Huo Min with a gun. Huang Weisheng's men try to invade the control center of the R&D base, but fortunately Luo Shanshan and the others set up a signal blocking device in advance. Based on reverse tracking, they locate a car.
Bai Keqing enters the machine room and helps Huang Weisheng's men download all the data before leaving. Matt is cornered by Huo Min and Hu Fei. At the moment he is subdued, Matt activates the bomb. Huo Min puts the bomb into a blast-resistant box in time, but the bomb doesn't explode. It turns out that the remote control has been switched, and the real remote control has already been handed over to Bai Keqing by Peng Yonghui. Bai Keqing activates the bomb, and Huo Min, Luo Shanshan, and Hu Fei push the blast-resistant box into the lake together. The bomb explodes, and all electronic devices are disrupted.
