A New Player Enters the Game
So, Fang Xin officially muscles her way in. She bought the shares. She's a Minglang shareholder now. Dong Yi Yan is still trying to figure out who secretly helped her take down Ke Yongcheng. She got the dirt on him from a mysterious source and has no idea what their angle is. For now, she just has to roll with it.
But here's the twist. Xing Fang drops a bomb on Dong Yi Yan. She reveals that Fang Xin is the mysterious "Blue Moonlight." Not only that, but Fang Xin also had some kind of relationship with Wang Jin Tao. Dong Yi Yan quickly puts it together. Fang Xin played a huge part in getting rid of Ke Yongcheng. And her arrival on the board is definitely not good news.
Alliances and Suspicions
The Board is Divided
With a new chairman needed, everyone is choosing sides. Wen Yi Jia is not sold on Dong Yi Yan. Not yet. She’s holding onto her shares and watching from the sidelines, unconvinced of Dong Yi Yan's motives.
Chen Li Xue, on the other hand, seems to think Dong Yi Yan is genuinely trying to help Minglang. She believes Dong Yi Yan is just trying to secure her own position, which is a simple and understandable goal.
Fang Xin Makes Her Move
Fang Xin isn't just sitting pretty on the board. She's coming for Dong Yi Yan. Hard. She throws a huge event, inviting all the big names in the medical world. The goal is to win allies, push Dong Yi Yan into a corner, and break her confidence.
She even gets a meeting with Dai Deqiao. He's supposed to be Dong Yi Yan's last line of defense. Fang Xin is confident and doesn't hide it. Dai Deqiao plays it cool, though. He says he doesn't mind making a new friend, but he needs more time before he picks a side in this fight.
Trouble at the Hospital
A Botched Surgery
Things go south at the hospital. Wang Jin Tao's brother-in-law is already having a hard time since his brother-in-law died. Now he's on the operating table for a tumor removal. But during the surgery, there's a medical accident.
It turns out the patient's diagnosis was wrong before they even started. The surgeons immediately start pointing fingers at each other.
Dong Yi Yan Takes Charge
Dong Yi Yan is not having it. She tears into the surgeons. She tells them to stop trying to assign blame and start figuring out how to fix the problem.
Meanwhile, Yu Ze and Chen Li Xue watch the Vice President lie about the incident without even blinking. They decide they need to team up and do something about him. Chen Li Xue is also getting worried about Yu Ze. She helped him get a promotion, and now he's acting arrogant. She tries to subtly put him in his place during a family dinner.

Dong Yi Yan's Doubts
The pressure is getting to Dong Yi Yan. She's alone, looking at her wedding ring. And she starts to wonder if her husband ever really loved her. Was their marriage just a business arrangement? Was she just a substitute for someone else? It's clear she's feeling completely alone.
Family Drama
The family chaos isn't helping. Wen Yi Jia is fighting with her son, Hai Chun, again. Dong Yi Yan tries to give her some advice. She tells Wen Yi Jia to think about what the kid wants, not just force her own dreams onto him. Wen Yi Jia wants to take Hai Chun to the UK to study, but then gets some bad news about a lab test that could ruin her plans.
Everyone has their own agenda. Fang Xin is spending money left and right to secure votes. And Chen Li Xue has some kind of trump card she's waiting to play. She plans to take down two people.
