Episode Summary
In this episode, Yang Yipeng and the police make major headway. The police arrest Mou Yikuo, who gives up the Chef and reveals Mou Sen's identity. Duo Zai tries to make a deal with Mou Sen to save his friend Si Yan Hao, while also secretly feeding information to Zhi An. The episode ends with a violent showdown where Yang Yipeng's trap for Mou Sen is foiled at the last second by Li Haipeng.

The Cops Close In
Yang Yipeng's Theory
After saving Duo Zai, Yang Yipeng immediately gets down to business. He connects with Zhi An to compare notes. I have to say, his brain is working overtime. He figures the Chef orchestrated this whole mess. The goal was to sell his illegal stamps. He also wanted to trick the police into raiding Le Xing. Yang Yipeng doesn't trust anyone. He even thinks Duo Zai might be part of the scheme. He warns Zhi An to keep her feelings in check. He tells her not to let her soft spot for Duo Zai mess up the entire investigation.
The Warehouse Bust
The police are not just sitting around. Luo Zhongkui is running surveillance on a logistics company. He spots a refrigerated truck pulling up to the warehouse. This is their moment. Cops disguised as drivers slip inside. They search the place and find what they're looking for. The drugs are hidden in milk powder cans.
The guy they're after, Mou Yikuo, is watching on security cameras. He sees the cops and realizes he's been made. He makes a run for it in his car. But the police are ready. They block his escape route and arrest him. At the station, Mou Yikuo tries to play tough. He refuses to give up the Chef. Luo Zhongkui doesn't play games, though. He just lays out the prison time he's facing. That scares him straight. Mou Yikuo spills everything. He also tells the cops Mou Sen's real identity.
Duo Zai's Dangerous Game
A Friend's Downfall
Duo Zai has his own problems to deal with. He finds his friend, Si Yan Hao, completely wrecked by drugs. Duo Zai is furious. He literally throws a bucket of cold water on him to snap him out of it. It doesn't take him long to figure out who did this. He knows Mou Sen deliberately got Si Yan Hao hooked. Once he's sober, Si Yan Hao shakily admits the truth. He says he returned a record to Le Xing for Mou Sen.
A Personal Vendetta
Later, Yang Yipeng and Duo Zai have a serious talk. They both know getting Si Yan Hao off drugs will be nearly impossible. They also know Mou Sen is just using Duo Zai. This is when Yang Yipeng gets personal. He reveals that Mou Sen killed his older brother. He swears he will catch Mou Sen himself and hand him over to the police.
Things get worse. Si Yan Hao wakes up and escapes from the boat cabin where they were holding him. Duo Zai goes home and panics when he realizes Si Yan Hao is gone. At the same time, Yang Yipeng discovers something else. He sees that Duo Zai has logged into a secret online drug-trading platform.
The Bargain
Duo Zai thinks he has a clever plan. He contacts Mou Sen. He offers to use his hacking skills to get Mou Sen the platform's account passwords. In return, Mou Sen has to help Si Yan Hao get clean. Mou Sen actually agrees to the deal.
Duo Zai isn't a total fool, though. He secretly gives the platform's web address to Zhi An. He's clearly stressed out. He tries to distract himself by playing video games online. Zhi An can tell something is wrong and apologizes to him for their earlier issues. This seems to get to him. He asks her to meet him at the pier the next day.
The Trap at the Pier
The Showdown
Mou Sen shows up at the pier as planned. But it's not Duo Zai waiting for him. It's a trap set by Yang Yipeng. He used Duo Zai's name to lure Mou Sen there.
Yang Yipeng finally drops his cover. He tells Mou Sen who he really is. He unloads three years of pure rage and grief. Then the fight starts. Yang Yipeng is a much better fighter. He quickly gets Mou Sen on the ground. Mou Sen begs for his life. He even offers Yang Yipeng a ton of money.
A Last-Second Save
Yang Yipeng is about to finish it. He has a knife ready to go. But just then, Li Haipeng shows up out of nowhere. It turns out Mou Sen managed to call Li Haipeng for help during the chase. Li Haipeng grabs a rock and smashes it over Yang Yipeng's head. He successfully saves Mou Sen. The two of them get in a car and speed away, leaving Yang Yipeng bleeding on the ground.
