Plot Synopsis

The show's English title isLove inPavilion, but its original name isHuai Shui Zhu Ting.

Picture this: a world where humans andyao(you can think of them as demons or spirits) are totally at odds. Like, seriously,notgetting along. It's a tense situation, and things need calming down, big time.

Enter ourpowerplayers. We've gotDongfang Huai Zhu,played by the amazing Liu Shi Shi. She's not just anyone; she's the eldest daughter of theprestigious Shenhuo Mountain Manor and basically the head honcho of the whole Dongfang family. Then there'sWangquan Hong Ye, brought to life by Zhang Yun Long. He's the leader of the equallypowerful Wangquan family and runs a mysterious crew known only as the "Mask Group."

So, these two big shots, from families that arepillars of the human world, realize things are getting out of hand. Their mission? To team upand bring back the legendary "Yiqi Alliance" – think of it as a force for stability – and try to wrestle somepeace back into this chaotic world.

The story kicks off when Dongfang Huai Zhu heads to a region called Nantui on a mission to deal with some troublesomeyao. While she's there, doing her duty, she bumps into Wangquan Hong Ye. He's out there with his Mask Group, fighting the good fight and dishing out justice. Sparks fly (maybe literally, given the setting!), and they find themselves venturing deepinto Nantui territory together. Their little adventure leads them straight into a major showdown with the Nantui Demon Emperor. Yikes!
