Spoiler Alert

The episode kicks off with Murong Jing, Xie Lingyun, and Murong Ce joining forces to reinforce the Qian Qiu Ling (Thousand Autumn Order) seal, while Chong Guang goes head-to-head with Murong Changfeng. Chong Guang is clearly the stronger opponent, leaving Murong Changfeng spitting blood. Realizing he can't win against Chong Guang directly, Murong Changfeng aims his sword at Feng Lixue. In a desperate attempt to protect her, Chong Guang takes the hit, shattering his Blood Demon Orb. Murong Changfeng smugly points out that this means Chong Guang can't be revived this time. And just like that, Chong Guang's hair turns white in an instant! Talk about a dramatic moment.

Mo Xiao urges Chong Guang to get Feng Lixue to safety while he takes on Murong Changfeng alone. Murong Changfeng is convinced he's struck Chong Guang's fatal point and that Mo Xiao can't stop him. During their fight, Mo Xiao accuses Murong Changfeng of harming their fellow disciples and vows to avenge them.

Ultimately, Mo Xiao defeats Murong Changfeng, killing him on the spot. Murong Jing and her brother, who are still reinforcing the seal, are heartbroken but remain focused on their task.

Mo Xiao, at peace, is determined to ensure Ni Huang's eternal life. He pushes Xie Lingyun and the Murong siblings away from the sealing platform, intending to use his own body to seal the Qian Qiu Ling. Despite their pleas, Mo Xiao is resolute, believing any disturbance to the Qian Qiu Ling will alert the Celestial Realm and ruin his millennia of effort. He uses his power to force Xie Lingyun and the others away.

Chong Guang takes Feng Lixue to Mang Mountain, where he seems to see the little girl he once saved. He remembers all the moments they've shared over the years and once again feeds her his blood. He smiles at Feng Lixue as she awakens, tears in her eyes. Chong Guang explains that their bloodlines are connected, that she is a part of him and that's why they can't be separated. He reveals that this is the last time he can give her his immortal blood. He admits he always wanted her to be with him forever, and that's why he indulged her, hoping they would have eternity to resolve their conflicts.

Chong Guang stands motionless, and Feng Lixue suddenly sees the past, including the moment Feng Xingtian begged him to save her. Chong Guang couldn't continue to provide her with immortal blood, so he gave her the Bingqing Fu (Ice Silkworm), hoping she would live on. He feels that their ten years together were enough and wants her to live well for him. Feng Lixue breaks down as Chong Guang closes his eyes for the last time.

Feng Lixue buries Chong Guang on Mang Mountain. The intense pain from the seal on her back reminds her that she is Ni Huang. Gathering her strength, she breaks the seal and reveals her true form: the Seven-Colored Fire Phoenix!

Mo Xiao is doing everything he can to seal the Qian Qiu Ling, and Ni Huang wants to help him. Hua Lang tries to stop her, fearing things will get worse, but Ni Huang insists on helping Mo Xiao seal the Qian Qiu Ling. Mo Xiao tells Feng Lixue to leave immediately. Ni Huang knows that Mo Xiao wants to use his soul to save her again. She kisses him, unwilling to let him sacrifice himself again, and declares that she will handle everything. Without hesitation, Ni Huang jumps onto the Qian Qiu Ling sealing platform, and Mo Xiao jumps after her, grabbing her hand.

Murong Ce gives the Feng Yue sword to Xie Tianjun. Mo Xiao and Feng Lixue use their bodies to seal the Qian Qiu Ling, earning recognition for their efforts. The Heavenly Emperor restores Ni Huang to her position as a goddess and restores the status of the Feather Tribe.

The episode concludes with Xie Lingyun and Murong Jing's wedding day, a joyous occasion for Shushan. Ni Huang attends and sees a familiar figure. The person turns around, asks Ni Huang for directions, and introduces himself as Bai Yan, a new disciple of Shushan. Ni Huang smiles, hinting at a new beginning.
