When Zuo Qian Dai (played by Shen Yue) finally musters the courage to confess to her crush, the cool and collected topstudent Lu Yeqi (played by Wang Jingxuan), she doesn't get the romantic response she hoped for. Instead, she receives an autograph and is unexpectedly roped into becoming his inking assistant!It turns out Lu Yeqi, a seemingly ordinary math major, is secretly a renowned shojo manga artist.
Thrust into Lu Yeqi's vibrant world of comic creation, Zuo Qian Dai, initially mistaken for just another fan, finds herself amidst a quirky and eye-catching groupof collaborators.Their daily lives are a whirlwind of anti-cliché scenarios and hilariously subverted Mary Sue tropes as they navigate the ups and downs of their relationships and artistic ambitions.
