The Triple Echo of Time

Plot Synopsis

It's set in a snowy town in Northeast China. The story follows a 16-year-old high school kid, Zhao Zuoyou. His life gets turned upside down when his 41-year-old and 66-year-old selves crash theparty, thanks to some time-travel weirdness.

A time-space mess brings three versions of "himself" together.

The teenager, the jaded middle-aged guy, and the old man see the world completely differently. Their ideas about family and love clash hard. The kid wants to change his destiny, the adult wants to fix his regrets, and the old manprobably just wants somepeace. They start a war to take control of their single timeline.

For the cast, Ma Tianyuplays the 41-year-old version. Xie Xingyang is the high school kid. Veteran actor Liang Guorong is the 66-year-old. The female lead is Xu Mengjie, caught in the middle of this mess.

The show already had its share of off-screen drama. During filming, the original supporting actor had a verypublic fight with theproduction team. Accusations flew back and forth online about contract breaches and scriptproblems. He got replaced, and now there are lawsuits. Ma Tianyu's team even had to release a statement to shut down rumors about him being a diva.

The real hook is watching these three "me's" sabotage each other. They're all fighting for one life and one girl. It's a chaotic concept, and that's what makes it interesting.
