'The Heir to the Throne': Rich Husband Dies, Let the Games Begin

The chairman of Ming Lang Group, Wang Jintao, marries a well-known heart surgeon, Dong Yiyan. The bigparty is mostly aPR move for the company's massive new medical cityproject.

But the groom's family can't stand the new bride. And she isn't just marrying for love; she has her own agenda. Then things get real. Right after the wedding, the chairman, his two sons, and his grandson all die in aplane crash.

Just like that, the Wang family is thrown into chaos. Dong Yiyan, the new widow, has to handle her suspicious in-laws while fighting off sharks who smell blood in the water. The chairman's old rival, Ke Yongcheng, and a new board member, Fang Xin, are both ready topounce on the company. To make things messier, a mysterious man named Dai Deqiao shows up. He has a history with one of the Wang daughters-in-law and joins thepower struggle.
